We try to take a sustainable approach to our food, without compromising on the quality of our dishes. We aim to use local ingredients as much as we can, but will be sourcing some of the irreplaceable ingredients from back home.

 

This is because Scandinavian seafood is the very best in the world, at least we think so. Come and see for yourself.

CHEF'S TALE

Daniel Hasvold Jung-Eldøy, is a Norwegian chef who worked at The Square London ** and Fauna Oslo*, before he opened his first restaurant in September 2017, together with Swedish chef Bjørn Svensson; Restaurant Galt in Oslo. Galt received a Michelin star in January 2018. In 2020 they closed Galt to open Restaurant Schlagergården which opened in 2021 and was awarded a Michelin star the following year.

 

Daniel is currently part owner of newly opened Restaurant FAN in Oslo. It opened in August 2024 to rave reviews in the national press.

 

He now ventures to showcase his Scandinavian, laid back, fine dining style of cooking - in Singapore.
